engine removal procedure

Does anyone have the engine removal procedure for a 1997 GMC 3500 van with a 403 c.i. engine. I have all the neccessary tools but would feel more comfortable with a written procedure.....

You need to remove the bumper, grill, condenser radiator, all accessories from the engine, upper and lower intakes, both dipstick tubes, bolts from the engine mounts, transmission bolts, torque convertor bolts and fuel lines.I think that's about it in a nutshell. The engine comes out the front with a hoist. If you hit any snags give a yell. The exhaust also needs to come off also.
