Blower Motor problem

I have a 92 Lincoln Continental and the blower motor won't shut off.

I have a digital dash and the control panel says off but the blower keeps blowing.

Any help would be great.

Can you give us a little more info. Is the fan running on high speed or maybe low speed. Did this just start or has it been this way. Some cars have the fan run at low speed, even when "turned off" to keep some air circulation and prevent a possible build up of CO.

I believe that uses a blower module instead of a resister. They fail frequently and sometimes cause a symptom like that. It would take a schematic and some electrical testing to be sure though.
