Question easy to replace shocks 1992 astro van?

to replace the rear shocks on a 1992 astro van i need to jack the rear end up from the pumpkin then remove the shocks. ive already spray the bolts with some blaster. also any recommends on what would be the best replacements . i do very little towing maybe twice a year with a 16 ft. fishing boat. thank you in advance!!!!!!!!!

I like Monroe "Sensa-Tracs". They're soft when not needed and stiff when they get loaded.

I recommend putting jack stands under the body or the front of the frame to unload the springs and have the rear end suspended. Then put your jack under the pumpkin and just barely put pressure on it. Then when you are ready to install the new shocks you can use the jack to mave the rear up to wherever you need it to make things go smoothly.
As far as shocks, I agree with Desi on the Monroe shocks. Almost all types of Monroe shock is going to give you good service.
