Loose front disk

Today I went to check on how much pads were left on my wifes 2000 Toyota Corolla. The front disk is not tight on the spindle I can move it(not very much)I dont think it is anything to worry about.I did see two threaded bolt holes in disk to remove if it were tight. What do you guys think? No problems otherwise.

Many vehicles have discs that float on the hub. As long as the wheel is tight it can't go anywhere.
