turn signal

Problems with turn signal. 1997 s-10. At first the little green arrow for my left turn signal wouldn't go off (although the actual turn signal was not on), now the front turn signal only works when my lights are off, and the rear doestn't work at all. I tried changing the fuse, didn't do anything. please help, Thanks, Dave

Other than the fuse-

Have you tried replacing the antenna relay? It's probably located near the fuse box- it's probably a cylindrical thing, maybe 1/2" tall, about as big around as a nickel. It should cost $3 or $4 to replace.
