Question 1984 Toyota PU electrical problem?

Our 1984 Toyota Pickup has been serviced twice for a problem that has been diagnosed as an electrical problem. Here it is, the starter drains somehow after 3-4 weeks of driving well. It is always the starter that needs to be replaced or charged, and the service people saying that there is an electrical problem that they "fixed" but isn't fixed. Does anybody KNOW what this is about?! thanks, darhe

electrical problem

for one thing there is no way you can charge a starter. you charge the battery. if the battery keep draining, then it might be a grounding problem.
