2000 toyota camry air conditioning

My air conditioning cool when the car is going at least 25 mph but at a idle it gets warm I checked the pressure on the low side it is at 40 lbs what could cause it to be warm when idling.

Verify that the engine cooling fan is running with the a/c on, and that you have no air flow restrictions in front of the condensor.
