'93 Toyota T-100 Brake help

I have a 93 Toyota T-100, yesterday the bolt that holds the entire brake assembly together broke. Local Auto parts store said I needed to buy a Glide Pin set, which contains this special bolt that I need. No regular bolt will do they said. There is a bolt on the top and one on the bottom that holds the brake pads and the whole thing in place. Please help, is the Glide Pin set what I really need?

It depends on what actually broke - glide pin (not a bolt), or the actual caliper bolt. Pads are held in the calipers by straight pins and wire type retainers. Caliper is mounted to the steering knuckle with grade 10 bolts. If it's one of the pins, a hardware kit will do you. If it's a bolt, I'd first figure out why it broke, and then replace it with the correct O.E. Don't try to pick one off the shelf at the local hardware store.
