vibration when shifting gears

I've got a 2001 Chevy Silverado with 5.3 and automatic transmission.(54,000 miles) The problem is when it shifts gears there's a vibration at the time it goes into a higher gear. The fluid is fine, and the truck pulls good after it's in a gear. If someone has experienced this or knows what the problem might be I would appreciate the help.

You could be experiencing a number of different things. I think the most likely is an ignition misfire when the extra load hits. How long sinnce it had the secondary ignition components replaced?
Other possibilities could be a bad universal joint or broken transmission mount.

Thanks for the reply! I've had the truck a little under a year, and done nothing to it but change oil. I didn't think it would be time for a tune up because of the miles. When you say secondary ignition system, do you mean like plugs and wires? Thanks again!!
