I have a 88 nisson Max. 4 door. with a push button inside to be able to go from ferm to auto on the strouts. My prob. is that I got the fronts fixed with cartiage refills. The rears are said (by auto repais shop) that I need the actual auto adjust ones for the rear. I can not get refills to fit. These will cost from 400.00 to 800.00 dollers each. I have found on the net that there are refills for the rear and should fit. Am I being put on by the auto repair?

Does any one out there know for sure if I can use refills????????????????

I wish I had a definitive answer but I don't if a phone # is available call the place that sells them and ask specifics. Was the car model ever built without that option if so maybe that would be the way to go.
