Honda Civic Stalls

I have a 93' Honda Civic Cx. 5 speed, with a 193,000 miles. It will stall (It doesn't stop it is more like you are shutting gas off and on) I can pull off the read when this happens and hold the gas down, The engine RPM's will run up and down as I hold the gass steady. If I shut the car off and crank it backup it will be ok. I have replaced the rotor cap, rotor, and fuel filter.
Has anyone had this problem.

Timing belt replaced about 160,000 (abour 33,000 miles ago)
Water pump and other belts replaced about 180,000 miles.
oil change about every 4000 miles. (Due now)
I replaced the Rotor, rotor cap, and fuel filter this past week abter the problem started.
The fuel pump and the fuel pressure reg. have never been replaced.
The problem seems to happen when making a sharp turn to the left. (A left turn onto another street)
