94 Chevy Suburban 1500 4WD

This truck has just turned 120,000 and they have all been event free except for a flywheel which was my fault. I have noticed that there is a knock or thump when I start to go forward, from the front of the truck usally at a light and I press the gas to go.It might be that I hear it from the drivers side since I am sitting there, but I think it is on that side. Not very loud but noticable and regular, about 1 out of 3 starts. Any ideas on what it could be, and the do it yourself feesability(I'm handy)?

You will need to get under the truck and start looking for something loose or a caliper sticking and releasing.
