Wacky Explorer instrument lights

How do I replace blown instrument panel lights on my '95 Ford Explorer? Half of my speedometer is in the dark and the lights on the steering wheel control buttons are out. In addition, the unlock/lock button on the driver's door only locks.

You will need to remove the instrument panel cluster to replace the bulbs. The steering wheel controls sounds like a wiring or clock spring(air bag)issue and the door locks may just be the switch is faulty.
