1992 lincoln continental(executive series)

1992 lincoln continental(executive series)

I have a 1992 lincoln continental that has a auto air ride suspension problem. I parked it one day got out of the car and i could here the air compressor running,all of a sudden all of the air bags deflated and the car went the ground. it hasent raised up since that day. i cannot move the vehicle for the fear of tearing my transmission pan off. i replaced the compressor but it didnt fix the problem. is there a computer for that system? please help

Sounds like you may have a leak or a blown air bag.You need a Ford scan tool to get the compressor to run and inflate the bags after a repair to the best of my knowledge.Yes the system is computer controlled.
