Turn signal lights
on the right side flash very fast when on, left side is normal. When the turn signal arm is being put on there is a buzzing sound when arm is half way into position. My son drives the car. I asked him if it was just the dash indicator or the actual lights, he said both. All help is appreciated. thanks

Usually a fast flash indicates that a bulb is burned out. Have your son put on the left turn - get out of the car and see what's flashing - front and rear. Then have him do the same with the right turn. If there is no flash on the right from a spot that did flash on the left side, he has isolated the problem.

Short
Most likely you have a short in your steering column or dash area causing the lights to pulse faster on one side then the other. Power runs through your Turn Signal Flasher on your fuse box and it could have a short to ground. The only real way to pin point it is to take a multimeter and go hunting. The needle for the battery charge gauge probably bounces irratically when the lights are flashing right?

To IbgreY - goldstar is correct, look for a bad bulb on the right side, although it may not necessarily be burned out.
