2001 Mailbu missing under load

2001 Malibu, V6, 80,000 miles...

going up hills and under load the car seems to develop a miss...i pulled the plugs and everything looks OK, could it be a fuel delivery problem?...

any help would be great,

Your at the right mileage to change the wires. They're usually the problem.

When you take the wires off, make sure the terminals on the coil towers are nice and shiny. If they're a whitish powder type crud on them, replace the coil as well. If the skip persists after plug replacement, you might have a coil problem still. Either that or a parts guy sold you crappy wires. Buy ac/delco plug wires for this beauty...
