fuel pump replace

I have a 1989 Dodge Caravan...4 cyl. turbo. It's fuel injected. Last week noticed a "humming" sound from rear of vehicle. Tried starting the other day and seems I have no fuel to engine...no sound at all from rear. Trying to find any info on problem...especially how to replace the fuel pump.
Thanks!
Bruce

When you heard the humming, were you really low on gas? The pump is actually cooled by being in a gas bath. If the gas was low, it could have fried itself. Check for a fuel pump fuse first, but it may be drop the tank time.
