Noisy clutch

Ok Guys,
I have 95 Ford Explorer Sport 4.0L engine 2WD. I have had new clutch installed and I still hear a noise like a buzz saw when I put the clutch in. Release the clutch and it stops. What is it?

Yes, pilot/bushing replaced. I really thought this would fix the problem. But now I am stumped. I have done everything I know to do (which is not much). I have taken it to two different mechanics. One told me it was the fan clutch. Could that make that noise and what does it have to do with the clutch?
