93 explorer electric windows

only one of the four windows will go up and down normally. the other three will try to move but only jerk if anything. if i assist the windows by hand, they will go up and down. what do you think.
i tried pulling the door panels to check them out, but i dont really know what to look for and there werent any large holes to veiw through.

Its a longshot, but try lubing the window tracks. I usually use silicon spray, and lube the entire track length. Then run the window up and down a few times and wipe off the excess.
And in case you arent sure what I mean by the tracks, I'm talking about the two vertical black strips that the window sits in when fully closed.
