Broken Lug on a '97 Prizm (same as corolla) urgent

I have the parts I just don't know how to replace the lugs,

Anyone?

after removing wheel and brake components such as caliper and rotor or drum if it has drum brakes on the rear just use a hammer and punch to knock out whats left of the old lug and insert the new one and I usually use a couple of large washers and another lugnut to pull the stud in all the way seated against the hub an impact wrench makes this easier and you may deform the nut installing it so you should probably buy an extra one.
