99 cadillac escalade

I am leaking antifreeze, when i look underneath suv i see it dripping from transmission, can it be coming from motor??

Sounds like it may be the intake manifold gasket leaking.It may be in your best interest to pressure test it or pay someone to do a pressure test usually a fairly cheap test.

Depends if you do it or pay someone.The parts are not that high but it does involve some labor time.If you do it change the oil when you are done.

The pressure test will bring out the leak so it can be diagnosed precisely. As for the repair, yes, you do have to disassemble a good chunk of the engine. The intake manifold has to be removed.
