200 Ford Focus

I have a 200 Ford focus with approx. 115,000 miles. When I start it in the mornings it will run very rough, not missing but a lot of vibration. The check engine light does NOT come on, and it will come on with this car over the smallest thing. After driving about 20-30 miles it will smooth out and run fine. Was wondering about possible causes. All filters, pcv valve have been changed. Oil changed regularly. Also, how difficult is it to replace the front struts? I have replaced shock absorbers on cars many times before without problems...but was wondering on the difficulty of struts? Thanks for any help!

When did the vibration start to occur? It may be worn motor mounts or something related to a fast idle.Struts are easy to remove and install it's the spring that can be the problem on most struts.Removing the spring from the strut that is.

Check the PCV valve hose have seen alot of these wear a hole in the rubber
part. Hope this helps.
