1993 Mustang starting problems
It has failed to start 2xs in 3 weeks leaving my wife stranded at the grocery store. I go back the next morning and it starts right up.
It's getting gas and turning over but not getting the fire to start
the alternator and battery are new. No dummy lights are coming on to indicate a problem. I've checked the fuses and they all seem to be fine. What could be the problem?

If you've pulled plugs to check spark and have none...(plugs, cap, & rotor OK?)
Check the Ohms on your coil to cap wire, or put a known good one in there
With a voltmeter you can check your coil (your coil is high on the list if it's original), but if that's original you may want to replace it anyway
Then there is that TFI module
I don't know of a DIY way to test it except put a known good one in
But if you have TFI, having a spare on hand is not a bad idea (they are that bad, and with no warning, can just die while driving down the highway)
