1989 Toyota Celica GT power steering hose

1989 celica GT 2.0 with 202,000 miles. The power steering hose (pressure side) has a small hole. I have tried sockets w/wobbles and short wrenches. Will not budge! The bolt is at the bottom of the hose which mounts to the pump and goes through a ring at the end of hose with two copper washers. The bolt is also very difficult to get to, and at a difficult angle. Does anyone know if it would be safe to tap it with a 3/8" impact gun? I don't want to break the pump housing! Thanks in advance!

Have used 1/2 Impact gun, not an air chisel.

Thanks Toyotaman11769!!!

I did in fact have to use a 1/2" impact gun! Both bolt, hose, and lower fitting (spring loaded) came out. But everything went back together easy and NO leaks!...lol. Made my daughter, (her car), very happy! Thanks again for advise! P.S. Had air chisel in left hand...just in case.....
