Replacing O2 sensor on Chrysler Lebaron

Anyone done this before? Any ideas on the easiest way to do it? I'm replacing it for a friend and dont have the heart to buy a chilton or haynes book for it.

It just threads into the exhaust pipe and plug the wire in. No big deal at all. The hardest part can be just getting at it. They aren't always readily accessable.

where at on the exhaust pipe? Is it closer to the header or is it farther along closer to the catlytic converter?

That's pretty difficult to answer because you still haven't told up what engine you have. It will be along the pipe somewhere between the catalytic converter and the manifold.
