Intermittent soft brake pedal - 88 Toyota Camry

I have a 1988 Toyota Camry wagon, 2.0, auto. The brake pedal will intermittently be very soft - once going all the way to the floor, but other times work fine. I've done a visual inspection of the brakes. The front calipers seemed to stick a little on the pins they slides on, but I freed them up so they now slide freely and I adjusted the rear drums. I have also replaced the master cylinder (which is what I thought was the problem). I bled the brakes (but only the passenger side, front and back). Replacing the M.C. and bleeding the brakes seemed to help, but it still does it. I am going to re-bleed the brakes (this time both sides), but what else could it be?

I think bleeding all the brakes is a good start!
