Chrysler New Yorker Headlight removal

I am trying to get the plastic headlight assembly out of my 1994 Chrysler New Yorker to get to the A/C drier and to replace the bulb. The bolts to remove just spin. I even went to Chrysler and they said the clips that the bolts tighten to are probably rusted or stripped. I have tried vise grips and pulling up while turning the bolts but still no good. They are too large to drill out and the Chrysler dealer said that would make a bigger mess.

I appreciate any help to get this out.
Thanks,
Rick undefined

you do not have to take headlamp out to remove A/C Recever Dryer this is what to do
1. Remove refrigerant (useing a Recovery Machine
2. Remove Condenser Bolt from Module
3. REmove Recever drier nut froum condenser
4. Remove recever drier quick conect clip and disconnect and disconnect quickconnect(liquid line to recever)
5.Remove recever drier from vehicle
6. Cap liquid line and condenser so you can stop moisture from entering system
instal reverse instructions

as for the bulb it is just a 9007 bulb that you should be able to remove from the back of the lense
good luck...
