'87 351 windsor idle too low - adjustable?

Trying to help someone far away ....Rebuilt Carb installed; now idles too low ,,is there a throttle stop set screw normally (assume it's a Holly or Carter oem carb) or is the idle set via the trucks computer and can't be manually raised?
