Ford Mag Wheels

I have a set of Ford T-Bird Mag Wheels that have been scratched up pretty bad over the last 15 years. Can the Urathane be removed with a chemical and resprayed, or should these be taken to a specialty shop for refurbishing?

'89...I think they are aluminum
To do them right you prolly should take them to a pro
It's not just a rub off/spray on deal
You may need a buffer, and the skills, to do it right

If you do have a buffer, and the skills, it sounds like a great project
