1989 Volvo 740 Turbo Problem

Vehicle won't start. Battery ok, starter ok (can start by jumping terminals on starter) Need ideas on what to check next. Is there a starter relay? Vehicle is an automatic.

Volvos are famous for problems

with the fusebox wiring. I would try removing and re-inserting the fuses. Check for loose wires. Another possiblity would be an anti-theft system, but I'm not sure where you would start to trouble shoot that.
