Rear panel window replacement

My husband and I are trying to remove a rear panel 88 chevy van window. We would like to replace ourselves but are having difficulty in how you would remove. We have taken out inside clips but not sure how to make the glue release or where to go from there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (We only have this week to get our parts before it goes to junkyard)

You could try heating a putty knife with a propane torch to cut through the urethane adhesive it worked for me on my sisters car.
