Fuel problem solved?

Last week I had some questions on a fuel problem with a 93 Hyundai scoupe 1.5 L engine that would not idle, stalled, misfired, and check engine light flashing 4-4 and 3-3.
I think I may have solved this problem. I found the Mass air flow sensor dirty. I cleaned the sensor and the inside of the housing with alcohol and q-tips. It runs 90% better. No misfire, idles good, and no check engine light. Fuel mileage is good again. The only problem I can really see is a slight hesitation at 3/4 throttle. Nothing major.
Do you think what I did is a permanent fix or just a temp fix?

If it gets contaminated again it will need cleaned again.Alot of times it is oil vapors from blowby that coat the sensor.Just wait and see,if you have to clean it now and then so what.
