98 honda civic -rumble/shake under foot

I have a 98 honda civic with 140,000km on it. I just replaced the distributor, rotor and plugs and it runs smoothely now. However, I drive it about 30km one way each day on the highway, after about 25 km it starts to rumble/vibrate for about 2 minutes and then goes away. This happens about once a day, but not always. Honda recommends changing the timing belt at 160,000 could this be related to that? Any other suggestions would be great.

I don't think it's the timing belt but suggest you change the belt now instead of later. On the vibration have you slowed down or increased you speed to see if it continues?
