Automobile Seat belt problem

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport. Whenever I release the seatbelt to exit the vehicle, it does not retract. I have to manually pull it for it then to retract. Is there any help for this problem?

To the best of my knowledge it will need replaced.If it malfunctions in that manner it may also malfunction in an accident situation.This is a safety issue at least ask a Ford tech to advise if it will work properly during an accident.Kudos to you for using your seatbelt.

Pull the seat belt all the way out and make sure it isn't twisted, look in as far to the reel as possible. Some times that accounts for it not retracting properly.

Uh-oh oil around spark plug

'88 Toyota Corolla w/4-AF (carbed) engine The kind of engine where the spark plugs go in on top, in a tube in the center of the head I just pulled out a spark plug and it was 1/2 covered in oil The threads and a little bit of the tip were wet but I think that happened unscrewing them I think there is a half inch or more of oil in the tube I thought the tube went right to the combustion chamber I know it needs a head gasket-that's why I started pulling the plugs (see if I should add them to my list-wasn't expecting this) But the tube doesn't go any where near any gasket Can those tubes leak? Any help would be appreciated Thanks in advance

Transmission Slipping - '86 Park Ave

I have an '86 Buick Park Ave,EFI,FWD,automatic with overdrive. It does not want to shift out of first gear. The engine revs. up but tranny will not keep up. I changed tranny filter and vacum modulator.No help. Fluid was very brown.Any suggestions? Thanks
