98 Neon Misfires
My sons had his check engine light come on and he had it checked at school in auto class. It came back PO300 Multiple cylinder misfire. The teacher checked the engine coil, injectors and a few other things.(My son couldnt remember exactly what it was). The teacher could not find out what was wrong and he hasnt ever seen the scanner read multiple cylinder misfires. Normally it says which cylinder is causing the problem. The next step is to hook the car up to a DRB2 machine next week. I have no idea what that is.
Is there anything that we can check on what may be causing this problem?
Thanks
My son says his car is driving just fine. It dosent spit and sputter and he has no problem getting the car up to highway speeds.
