98 chevy 300000 miles service engine light on steady

service engine light on codes read 102 130 140 does any one know if it could be the oxygen sensors i know that they have never been replaced. 130 and 40 says something about the coverter has low efiececy 102 says mass airflow low effiency could the sensors cause these readings. i know thier are seperate codes for sensors thats what makes me wonder if it could be the sensors or not. thanks for any help sledge

Those aren't OBDII codes. What are the full numbers? You can only read them with a scanner.

OK, now your putting the PO in front of them.

PO102=Mass or Volume air flow circuit low input
PO130=O/2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1, sensor 1)
PO140=O/2 sensor circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1, Sensor 2

You should clear these codes and see if they all reset again. Some of them may be from memory. It could mean a lot of things. You would have to read the O/2 sensors manually with a DVOM and see if you can artificially enrich them to find out if they are telling you the truth.

Those codes have nothing to do with converters.
