Leaning car

I have a 1991 Honda Civic 4 door sedan, 5 speed trans and 1.5 liter engine. I just went thru inspection in New Jersey and failed because they told me that my entire car leans to the left. I can't notice it with the naked eye but whatever equipment they are using at the inspection station is indicating this.

Any ideas

Thank-you
Sal

check anything obvious first such as tire sizes to make sure they are all the same.
likely has weak coil springs causing the vehicle to lean have you measured each corner of the bumper with a tape measure with the vehicle on a level surface to see if there is a difference.
