Driving light bulb replacement

Have a 2000 Ford F-250 which was customized by Choo-Choo Customs. Part of the package was the addition of two dual light units in the bumper...one driving light and one fog light. There is a unit mounted on the dash with a button "F" and one "D". Conversion was done in November 1999. All four lights have now burned out and I cannot find a way to remove the old bulbs to replace them. Someone thinks the lights are by Pilot and the unit looks almost identical to the Pilot He-Beam HB-550CB. Choo-Choo has not been able to help. Can someone tell me how to access these bulbs?

Sorry, Aftermarket lights who knows. Most bulbs are remove from the rear of the lens. With clips or twist bulbs.
