Fuel injected 350 lopes when cold

I have a 1993 GMC Sierra with a 350 cu in fuel injected engine. It surges and lopes when you first start it up. It also doesn't like to have to move till it has warmed up. There are no check engine lites on . Help?

suggest leaving it with a shop overnight so they can scan the sensor data and check fuel pressure while it is acting up, coolant sensors can often read the incorrect temperature but still not cause a check engine light.
