94 voyager sliding door handle

the door handle on my 94 voyager came loose..in the hole where it fits. it is still attached to the locking/closing mechanism. it is a manual lock door. i took the interior panel off but don't see anything that holds the door handle/mechanism tight to the door frame. is there clips that possibly hold the door handle/mechanism to the door frame that may have broken or am i missing something.

thanks,
rrcop

i've never removed one but according to my factory parts manual there is a plate and 2 nuts that hold the handle secure. There would also be a couple of links attached to the handle, probably one for the lock and another that goes from the handle to the latching mechanism. If you want a blow up of the parts page just email me with your request.

I saw the nuts and plate, and thought they were tight but will recheck.. I will forward you an email requesting the parts page.
Thanks,
