brake and signal lights on one side don't work

96 Dodge 15 passenger van.
I have no brake light, turn signal light, or tail light on the passenger side, front or back.
The driver's side works fine.
When I turn on the right turn signal, the inside indicator lights up, but it doesn't flash.
The backup lights work on both sides.
All fuses in the glove compartment fuse box are good.

Should I be looking for another fuse, or a problem with the turn signal lever, or the flasher, or a short or open circuit, or something else?

Get yourself a 2 dollar test light and remove the tail light lens and check to see it theres power at the socket first. If theres power check the ground. Have you checked the bulbs themselves?
The tail lights work on one fuse for both sides. The brakes and turn signals work together also. Start at the back looking for power loss and work towards the front. Good luck.
