Painting One Color

can anyone give me some advice on painting a ford ranger.
i have a 25 gal. 5 hp with 6 cfm being the max.135 psi
will this compressor do the job after preparation.

Your compressor should do the job. Make sure that you have an after filter in the air line to prevent any oil mist from getting to the paint gun. Practice on something before you do the truck to make sure you get a good pattern. Don't swing the gun in an arc but keep it the same distance from the part from gun on to gun off. Your arm should be moving when you trigger the gun and still moving when you release the trigger. Airborne dust, and overspray are also considerations. There are books avaiable if you want furthrr guidence.
