1999 Toyota Sienna Power Window Problem

I have the above mentioned vehicle and the power window does not function. I attempt to bring the window up and it will start but then stops at which time the electrical connection seems to stop as there is no movement and you can hear the initial slight click when it stops. I have to wait a minute then I can again attempt to bring it up and it does the same thing. If I grast the window and relieve the weight it will come up most of the way before it "clicks" then stops. The window itself does not appear to be tweaked or out of the track. The more I do it the longer it takes to recover and allow me to attempt to try again. Is this the motor or some other part in the electrical system? Thanks for any answers

I would first lube the rubber runs to see what happens.

If NG the remove then remove the door panel to see whats binding.
