2001 Cavalier Horn

My 2001 Cavalier Horn has stopped working thought it would be the fuse but that was not it.

Go to the horn and put a voltmeter on it. Have a helper push on the horn button while you watch the meter. If you have 12volts at the horn then the horn is bad. Ifyou dont have 12 volts then you either have a short or another bad component. Could also be the relay. I always start with the horn (after checking the fuse and relay) and work backwards. If you dont have voltage at the horn you can still test the horn by hooking it up to a battery source.
Hope this is helpful to ya,
Billy
