94 Jeep Grand Cherokee - No Heat

Ok, I Changed The Thermostat One Day And The Next Day I Don't Have Heat. It Worked Fine B/4 I Did That. I Replaced That Old Stat W/ A 195 Degree Stat. Ever Since Then I Only Get A Little Heat Out. I've Checked The Hoses, The Incoming Hose Is Hot And The Outgoing Hose Is Hot But Not As Hot As The Other. Anyone Please Help

Did you remove the radiator cap? Did you refill the radiator to its max before replacing the cap? Removing the radiator cap (not the reservoir cap) will cause air to be trapped and cause the problem you are experiencing.
Refill the radiator and drive it. Then let it sit till it cools completely then drive it again. This should help work the air out. Sometimes it just takes a little time.
Hope this helps ya,
