I would like a fiberglass look on the outside, the problem is that in the pocket in the trunk on the side where I would like to put each of the subs is kind of awkward. so I mean I could make a wood box that could fit pretty well into the pocket but in order to fill all of the gaps and make it look presentable I would like to fiberglass on the box. sorry about the email. ????

If I were going to build a custom fiberglass speaker container, I would build it to stay. The folks who do that type of custom work use styrofoam to set up the mold and then build the glass work off of that. It is very tedious work. It can be very messy as well. Is this going to be a custom or show car? If so I would definately see about getting someone with experience to build the enclosure, otherwise just get yourself a basic box. You can get standard boxes at almost any store that sells radios or does that type of installations.
Good Luck with it,
