I have a problem with my car, when I stop and then accelerate there is a noise in the front like something is hiting somthing like a "tac", and when I'm turning too; I stopped the car and turned the stearing wheel both sides and I herd it but I couldn't find the place where it makes that noise. If someone can help me out I will apreciate it. Thankyou.

Check the sway bar and the sway bar links. Can you tell what area the noise is coming from?

I checked everything I could, and I couldn't see something wrong, I put grease in the joints but it didn't help, I took the tires off and turned the stearing wheel from one side to the other and when I heard the noise i put my hand on the coil that is outside the strut and I could fell it there, but I'm not complety sure.
