Angry 90 Chevy Astro AWD Blowing Fuses

today i was just listing to my radio with the key turned back, and all of a sudden everything shuts off, so i checked the fuse all the radio it was good checked the fuse in the fusebox for the radio it was good so i took the radio out and tested for power and there was power when the key is on but when its off the memory power wire had none, so i checked every fuse and my horn fuse was blown. but now everytime i put a new fuse in it blows about 3 secs later, Any Ideas where i can start looking for problems. the radio isnt hooked up at this moment.

The horn relay, horn wire or possibly the horn itself is shorted.Unplug the horn and see if it still blows the fuse.

Short to ground

You clearly have a short to ground. The radio is not likely the culprit. Try unplugging the horn and then see if fuse still blows? If it does, trace for a short in the wiring, if it doesn't, buy a new horn.

Is anything plugged into the cigarette lighter including the lighter being pressed in, or something such as a coin being in there? Thats another thing to check. Look at the owners manual if you have one and see what all components are wired to this fuse and post back. Try pressing the horn before the fuse blows to see if it works. You might need someone else to press it for you immediatly after installing the fuse. See if the fuse blows without the radio wire hooked up if you haven't done so already.
