I checked everything I could, and I couldn't see something wrong, I put grease in the joints but it didn't help, I took the tires off and turned the stearing wheel from one side to the other and when I heard the noise i put my hand on the coil that is outside the strut and I could fell it there, but I'm not complety sure.

It's possible that the strut bearings are going bad.If you are getting a bind in the coil spring that releases and you hear/feel the noise it would be your best shot at repairing the problem.
