I live in a rather cold climate area and the heat in my car takes about a half an hour to blow out warm air. Im not in artica, and everyone elses car im in heats up in a tenth of the time. I was wondering if theres anything i can do to improve its efficiancy, fluid levels = good.

I would start by replacing the thermostat and see if it takes care of the problem.
